30 Day Song Challenge

前陣子在 Instagram 的限時動態跟著玩這個30天的歌曲挑戰
和之前「30天推曲挑戰」不太一樣，我這次試著全用西洋歌來玩～

Day 1 : A song you like with a color in the title
Big Yellow Taxi - Counting Crows  (2002)

隱約記得是2002年電影《貼身情人  Two Weeks Notice》主題曲
由愛情喜劇扛把子 Sandra Bullock 和 Hugh Grant 主演
那時期還是很流行愛情喜劇，在超級英雄片崛起後，愛情片、喜劇片貼反而變得弱勢.....

Day 2 : A song you like with a number
7 Things - Miley Cyrus  (2008) 

那年夏天在廣州狂聽
回不去的歲月，不想回去的地方

Day 3 : A song that reminds you of summer time
A Perfect Sky - Bonnie Pink  (2006)

原本是寫這首日文歌， 以前是日本「安耐曬 ANESSA」防曬乳的廣告歌
換一首英文歌來挑戰全是英文歌聯想好了

Summer - Calvin Harris  (2014)

Day 4 : A song that reminds you of someone
Love The Way You Lie by Eminem ft. Rihanna  (2010)

Day 5 : A song that needs to be played loud
Chop Suey! - System of a Down  (2001)

Day 6 : A song that makes you want to dance
Jerk It Out - Caesars  (2002)

2005年 iPod shuffle 的廣告配樂「Jerk it out」
那時候看了廣告很心動也買了 iPod shuffle 第一代，後來爸爸還在香港幫我買彩色版的那一代，爸爸甚至也買給弟弟和表妹們
 

Day 7 : A song to drive to
Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya) - Ashlee Simpson  (2008)

一直很喜歡她的歌和曲風

Day 8 : A song you like with a food in the title
黒毛和牛上塩タン焼680円 （上等黑毛日本牛鹽烤牛舌680圓） - 大塚愛  (2005)

超喜歡這首歌的好吃與濃烈
換一首英文歌挑戰
Lady Marmalade - Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Mya, Pink  (2001)

她們為當年大熱電影《紅磨坊  Moulin Rouge!》  (2001)重新翻唱

1998年時，「聖女合唱團  All Saints」也曾經翻唱過

Day 9 : A song that makes you happy 
MMMBop - Hanson  (1997)

小時候好喜歡他們，那時候還是少女的我 （？） 夢中情人就是排行老二的 Taylor

Day 10 : A song that makes you sad
The end of the world - Skeeter Davis  (1963) 

以前就覺得這首歌很悲傷，尤其看到電影《女生向前走  Girl, Interrupted》  (1999)，Brittany Murphy 的角色在房裡播放這首歌結束自己的生命，更覺得哀傷

Day 11 : A song that you never get tired of
Torn - Natalie Imbruglia  (1997)

好像是考完聯考的那年暑假出的專輯 （聯考這個名詞感覺好遠古）
爸媽帶我到香港過暑假，在香港買了那張專輯，到現在27年過去了，還是很愛這首歌，百聽不厭
那時候也好喜歡 Natalie Imbruglia ，還買過她之後的幾張專輯

Day 12 : A song from your preteen years 
Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana  (1991) 

太經典了，即使是在我青春期之前聽英文歌之前，在許多影視作品或者節目、音樂頻道都能聽到這首歌而知道這首的經典

Day 13 : A song you like from 70s 
Killing Me Softly With His Song - Roberta Flack  (1972) 

看到這題目我真的滿頭問號，雖然我是熟悉很多英文老歌，但不太會去記那些都是我還沒出生之前的歌是什麼年代的
記得在2002的電影《非關男孩  About a boy》  (2002) 中，小男孩和 Hugh Grant 合唱了這首歌

Day 14 : A song you’d love to be played at your wedding
Kiss Me - Sixpence None the Richer  (1999) 

每個90年代長大的孩子都聽過這首，那時候YA片還好紅的年代，記得電影《窈窕美眉   She's All That》  (1999)  女主角換裝從樓梯上走下來時就用了這首歌
註： YA片 = Young Adult movie

Day 15 : A song you like that’s a cover by another artist 
It’s My Life - No Doubt  (2003) 

翻唱英國樂團 「Talk Talk」 1984年的單曲

Day 16 : A song that’s a classic favorite 
Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) - Eurythmics  (1983) 

雖然那是我才一歲時的歌，但是經典到我長大後從各影視作品或節目、音樂頻道都會播放，超喜歡這首歌的韻律節奏

Day 17 : A song you’d sing with someone on karaoke
When You Believe - Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey  (1998) 

雖然我在 KTV 唱英文歌（或唱歌）時偏向獨唱，而且合唱很難我也不會，但勉強想一下有唱過的英文歌有合唱的部分應該是這首歌
90年代西洋歌壇的兩大天后為迪士尼動畫電影《埃及王子  The Prince of Egypt》  (1998) 合作獻唱，在當時多轟動，如今已成為絕響......

Day 18 : A song from the year you were born
Even the Nights Are Better - Air Supply  (1982)  

就選這首台灣人很熟悉的「空中補給   Air Supply」 的歌
以前有一陣子他們好像很常來台灣開唱，甚至看過有人打趣說他們搞不好在東部定居買房住在花蓮 😂

Day 19 : A song that makes you think about life
In The End - Linkin Park  (2000)

感覺毫無疑問就是這一首，不用多說什麼大家都會懂

Day 20 : A song that has many meanings to you
Listen to Your Heart - DHT  (2005) 

Day 21 : A song you like with a person’s name in the title 
Iris - The Goo Goo Dolls  (1998) 

記得是同年 1998年電影《X情人  City of Angels》的電影主題曲
電視狂打廣告，Nicolas Cage 和當時還是美國甜心的 Meg Ryan 主演，我那時候還有和同學一起去看電影，太喜歡這首歌了

Day 22 : A song that moves you forward 
Unwritten - Natasha Bedingfield  (2004)

很久以前曾經是潘婷洗髮精的廣告歌，記得那時候還有 『Yahoo 奇摩知識+ 』，這首廣告歌詢問度很高
來自英國的創作歌手 Natasha Bedingfield ，據說這首歌她是寫給當時14歲的弟弟

Day 23 : A song you think everybody should listen to 
Doo Wop (That Thing) - Lauryn Hill  (1998)

收錄在《失學的羅倫希爾  The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill》專輯

Day 24 : A song by a band you wish were still together 
Everybody Hurts - R.E.M.   (1993)

Day 25 : A song you like by an artist no longer living 
Back to Black - Amy Winehouse  (2006)  

真的很可惜2011年離開大家......

Day 26 : A song that makes you want to fall in love 
Bubbly - Colbie Caillat  (2007)

Day 27 : A song that breaks your heart 
Tears in heaven - Eric Clapton  (1992)

Eric Clapton 寫給意外死亡的4歲兒子
年近五十時他才有兒子，但兒子卻於1991年時從紐約53層樓高的公寓住家墜樓而身亡
Eric Clapton 因喪子之痛，歷經崩潰和吸毒，以這首歌重回歌壇，同時也獲得1993年葛萊美獎年度唱片、年度歌曲、最佳流行男歌手演唱獎三大獎

Day 28 : A song by an artist whose voice you love 
Wherever You Will Go - The Calling  (2001) 

很喜歡主唱 Alex Band 的嗓音，特別是低音的部分
雖然他們在2005年解散了，但 Alex Band 還是有持續的音樂活動

Day 29 : A song you remember from your childhood 
Can You Feel the Love Tonight - Elton John  (1994) 

1994年迪士尼動畫電影《獅子王  The Lion King》主題曲

Day 30 : A song that reminds you of yourself 
Across the Universe - Fiona Apple  (1998)

翻唱「披頭四樂團  The Beatles」1969年的歌曲

Fiona Apple 似低語呢喃，很喜歡MV，將歌詞描述 "Nothing's gonna change my world" 的意境表現出來
